Partitions Walls and Ceilings

Metal stud partitions can be used in all types of buildings to divide space or create defined areas in residential, recreational and industrial settings.Lightweight and quick to install, metal stud partitions can provide significant savings over masonry alternatives as they take less manpower, fewer resources and little to construct. They are easy to integrate into both existing interiors and new designs, making them ideal for any application.

Metal stud partitions are extremely versatile, with different stud options available for specific performance requirements. Fire resistant, noise and heat insulated, moisture resistant and impact resistant where required, they are widely used in healthcare and education settings, for hygienic areas such as kitchens and in heavy-duty areas such as school corridors.

Fire protection

AJSL can design and fit partitions that offer fire protection for up to four hours. We also have extensive experience with wall shafts solutions, where construction can only be carried out on one side but fire integrity is still important. We offer three types of finish on metal stud partitions

Projection Plaster

MP75 projection plaster from Knauf Drywall is Europe’s number 1 seller - and with good reason: MP75 projection plaster from Knauf Drywall is Europe’s number 1 seller - and with good reason: 3 times faster than traditional plastering and with effortless application, the result is a superb white finish that contractors are saying “is the best finish we’ve seen in 30 years”. Knauf MP75 is applied in one coat and provides a tough and durable surface that can be decorated as normal, or left for a ‘natural’ look. There is none of the mess normally associated with wet trades as the projection system contains and manages the mixing process and provides the professional plasterer with a new level of control when applying the plaster. The nozzle makes it easy to work in awkward areas such as stairwells, and around pipes and conduits. 3 times faster A fully trained 3 man team can spray, rule and finish 150m2 of Knauf MP75 in a single working day. This brings benefits for the plastering contractor, who can work more efficiently, and for the client as it allows the commercial yield to start sooner.
